Mô tả công việc
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with various departments.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's strategic objectives and operational targets.
- Monitor budget performance rigorously and conduct variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability across key business units (e.g., hubs, delivery network, line-haul operations).
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and overall financial performance.
- Monitor and control key cost drivers, including transportation, labor, and warehouse operations.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports, KPIs, and business performance analyses to senior management.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives to support decision-making.
- Support leadership in business decision-making by developing financial models and conducting scenario analyses.
- Evaluate the financial viability of new projects, investments, and expansion initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance.
- Excellent communication skills in English or Chinese (mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and business acumen.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or fast-paced service industry is a strong plus.
