The actual service scope is consistent with the scope of service prescribed by the Corporation. The company encourages the actual delivery scope to be wider than the specified range, but absolutely not allow it to be smaller than the regulations of the Corporation.

After sending goods, the postal staff immediately scan the bill of shipment code so that customers can track the goods on J&T's system.
